Junior Rivermen Spring Hockey League
(A member of the BCSHL)
Divisions:
U14, U15, U17, U18
A player on the Langley Rivermen BCSHL team will receive:
* 22 hours on ice
* 22 hours of dryland
* Team jersey, workout shorts and shirt
* 12 full length games – 3 regular showcases and 1 playoff showcase (TBA)
* League website will provide player stats, standings and profiles
* Additional sports related seminars for players and parents
The spring program will run mid April to the end of June. Every player must attend one ID skate – ($50 + GST). All games are BCHL simulated games. Cost is $2500 + GST (doesn’t include travel) including a $500 non-refundable deposit. All player selections are made by the Rivermen coaching staff.
Our next ice sessions are listed below. Ice sessions will take place at George Preston Recreation Centre in Brookswood.
2009-2007:
December 27th (Friday) 9:00-10:00pm
2010-2012:
December 27th (Friday) 7:45-8:45pm
January 5th (Sunday) 6:45-7:45pm
Couple things to note. If you have already registered and attended day 1 of tryouts back on November 11th, you aren’t required to pay again. This was a one time fee and covers you for all skates leading up to the spring season. However, please respond back to me with you FIRST & LAST NAME and if they’re attending.
Spots – If you haven’t received an offer from day 1 of tryouts, we hope to have you out for another skate. Some kids were offered spots already but we have space on all of our teams. If you have already been offered a spot, still please attend the skate if possible. Should we reach our maximum number for the skate, we will add you to a wait list.
