Goaltender Eli Pulver, Forward Ewan Rennie and Forward Conner Schneider Join Rivermen as Gundarah Heads to Surrey Eagles; Pulver Immediately Traded to Salmon Arm Silverbacks
Langley, BC – June 12, 2023 – The Langley Rivermen are excited to announce a significant trade deal with the Surrey Eagles, acquiring goaltender Eli Pulver, and forwards Ewan Rennie and Conner Schneider. In return, the Rivermen bid a heartfelt farewell to goaltender Ajeet Gundarah, who is on his way to Surrey.
Ajeet has been a cornerstone of our franchise for the past two seasons, playing a vital role in our success and demonstrating an unwavering dedication and professionalism on and off the ice. Last year, he was justly recognized as the team’s MVP, a testament to his exceptional talent and team spirit.
We thank Ajeet for his tremendous contributions to the Rivermen and our fans. His presence will be missed, but his impact on our club will continue to resonate. We wish him all the best as he embarks on this new chapter of his career with the Surrey Eagles.
In a subsequent development, we can confirm that the recently-acquired goaltender Eli Pulver has been immediately traded to the Salmon Arm Silverbacks for future considerations.
