CRANBROOK PLAYER TO WATCH

#10 Adam Csabi – the first year Buck has been phenomenal in his return to the BCHL after playing in Vernon in the 2023-24 season. He has three multi point games through Cranbrook’s first 7 games, and has 9 points overall in that span. Langley will have to be wary of the 2005 born Czechia forward this Tuesday at the Abbotsford Centre.

SHERWOOD PARK PLAYER TO WATCH

#91 Joseph Sinclair – Sinclair has been Sherwood Park’s best player so far this season, notching at least one point in his team’s first 6 games this season. Of the 6 consecutive games he has collected points in, 5 of them have been multi point efforts. The Bowling Green commit will have scouts eyes on him Thursday against Langley, and currently leads the league in points.

ALBERNI VALLEY PLAYER TO WATCH

#12 Jacob Terpstra – the third year Bulldog has had a great start to the 2025-26 season, following a career season last year. The native of Shelby Township, Michigan has points in 7 consecutive games to begin the season, and 5 of those have been multi point games. Langley will have to keep him under their defensive watchful eye on Saturday in Port Alberni.

SPRUCE GROVE PLAYER TO WATCH

#9 Brandon Funk – the second year Saint has improved on his play down the stretch last year, and currently leads Spruce Grove in points coming into Showcase week. The Long Island University commit has points in four of his team’s first 6 games to begin the campaign after notching just two assists in 20 games down the stretch last year.

RIVERMEN PLAYER TO WATCH

#22 Aaron Reierson – the second year Rivermen is looking to improve on his slower start to the season after returning to Langley following being in the USHL last year, but has saved the best for the week leading into the BCHL Showcase. Reierson found the net in Langley’s home opener against Surrey last Saturday, and has three points in his last four games. He also scored at the Showcase in Seattle in 2023 against West Kelowna, and the native of Moorhead, Minnesota will look to secure an NCAA commitment in front of scouts in his final season of junior eligibility.
