The Langley Rivermen made a splash in the trade market this weekend, acquiring Jackson Krill and Sebastian Bradshaw from the Coquitlam Express in exchange for Jack Bakker and Mason Kesselring.
The 2004 born forward Krill joins the Rivermen after spending the first part of the season with Coquitlam, and the Port Moody product carries a good shot and scoring touch in his 5th BCHL season.
Krill had 3 goals and 6 assists in 16 games played with Coquitlam this year, and 85 points in over 170 BCHL games between Coquitlam, Trail, and the Merritt Centennials. He is also committed to the University of Vermont.
The 2005 born Bradshaw comes to Langley after picking up 1 goal and 3 assists in 14 games played this year, and had a strong season in the BCHL with the Express last year with 5 goals and 9 assists in 41 games after coming to Coquitlam from the Brooks Bandits.
Bradshaw is committed to the University of New Hampshire, and was a 7th round pick by the Dallas Stars in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft.
Krill will wear #18 with Langley, and Bradshaw will don the #22, both will be in the lineup Saturday night as the Rivermen welcome the Powell River Kings for their third meeting of the season.
