The Langley Rivermen Junior A Hockey Club are getting their fans involved. As was revealed at their introductory Media Conference, the team’s mascot has no name. The team wants Langley to put a name to their identity and ‘Name the Mascot’.
“It’s important to get the fans input,” Co-Owner and team President Roy Henderson knows the value the mascot has for the community and the kids who attend the games, “we want people to see him in the community and be excited and know that they played a role in his name.”
