Angus Crookshank signs with the Senators

The Ottawa Senators announced today that they have signed former Rivermen forward Angus Crookshank to a three-year, entry level contract.

The North Vancouver, B.C. native suited up in 77 BCHL games for the Rivermen over three seasons scoring 32 goals and 35 assists on his way to a scholarship with the University of New Hampshire.

Crookshank just finished up his third season with the UNH Wildcats that saw him score nine goals and add nine assists in 20 games. His nine goals this season had him tied for first place on the team. In total, Crookshank played in 90 NCAA games over three seasons, scoring 35 goals and 28 assists.

According to the Senators press release, Crookshank will be joining the AHL’s Belleville Senators on an amateur tryout for the remainder of the 2020-21 season following a quarantine period and his entry level contract will kick in at the start of the 2021-22 season.
