Langley Rivermen Fortify Their Defense with Versatile Player, Liam Hoff
Langley, BC – June 29, 2023 – The Langley Rivermen are pleased to announce the addition of North Vancouver’s Liam Hoff to their team. Born in 2006, this 17-year-old defenseman stands at 5’11” and brings a fresh infusion of talent to the Rivermen’s defensive line.
Head Coach Burt Henderson shared his anticipation, “Having Liam join our ranks is exciting. His performance in the CSSHL U18 with the Burnaby Winter Club U18 Prep, contributing 2 goals and 17 assists in 33 games, speaks of his potential and commitment to the sport. We look forward to seeing him amplify our defence.”
Hoff’s recruitment not only strengthens the Rivermen’s defensive line but also exemplifies the team’s commitment to nurturing local talent. Hoff’s successful transition from the Vancouver NW Hawks AAA to a robust performance at the U18 level underscores his adaptability and promising prospects.
