Experienced Goaltender Max Beckford to Enhance the Rivermen’s Squad
Langley, BC – June 30, 2023 – The Langley Rivermen are delighted to announce the signing of goaltender Max Beckford, a skilled athlete from London, Ontario. At 20 years of age, Beckford brings his wealth of experience from the NAHL and AJHL to further strengthen the Rivermen’s defensive core.
Head Coach Burt Henderson voiced his excitement, “Max’s extensive experience, notably with the Wisconsin Windigo in the NAHL and Spruce Grove Saints and Brooks Bandits in the AJHL, makes him a fantastic addition to our team. His goaltending prowess will be a great asset.”
Max Beckford’s signing is not just an addition of a seasoned goalie but a testament to the Rivermen’s commitment to building a robust, dynamic team, adept in all aspects of the game.
